Do you know where the tach gets it's signal from?

I don't have a bentley for the 90 but do have Alldata which has been somewhat helpful but definitely not as good as the bentley. I should be able to check the wire for voltage ( once I find the correct one) and try to eliminate if it's the instrument cluster or not.
