That's why the shop is selling as a 'parts only' car with no title. I believe it needs a new clutch and some windows don't work. Supposedly the engine ran fine. Is there any danger the previous owner would make a claim on the car? Not sure how he'd find out and the car has been sitting for nearly ten years.

After looking online, it seems that the front bumper is worth some $$ and maybe the tail lights. I've never done a part out before. What other parts would be $$ and not too hard to remove? Any prior experiences would be helpful.

FYI, the guy has three MGB Gts, a TR7, and couple of VW vans sitting around. Wants to get rid of them all.
