Even with the supercharger overspinning, it's still a reasonable range. Heat is always a concern but for the few seconds of WOT that these see in DD, it's not a problem.

Sure, if you want the most out of it, without a doubt run the chiller. Adding the 2nd pulley adds a large portion of Tq under the curve, even without the chiller. Chiller is stability with hard, repetitive use.
