When I wanted a place to live in I posted about myself.
Had a response in a day.

I was shown the place and told the price. Took it instantly. I paid way to little for way too much. I asked why the place wasn't advertised:

"Because I don't want to deal with people coming to look at it, lowballers, missed calls. You asked, met my requirements, so voila here it is."

You can do all the homework you like; but if you don't ask you never know what you'll miss out on
