OK, now I think I understand N249 operation. My old car did not have N249.

So the N249 allows air to bypass the turbo at low power settings for better intake efficiency and pre-opens the DVs at high power settings?

So I might need a N249, where is the best place to buy one and how much do they run? This car is unbearably slow right now! ;)
