I always thought any kind of turbo upgrade was Stage 3 category...

at least if we stick with APR, Stage 2+ I believe is just chip + injectors + HFC (with O2 sensor coded out from throwing a CEL). So, basically K03 + all extra bits (FMIC, HFC, etc.) related before turbo upgrade.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought that was the case.
