use a screwdriver to push down the tab and gently pull the connector back a touch just so the latch is released. Work from one end to the other (front to back) until all 4 tabs are unlatched, then the whole harness should pull back.
Yes I broke a tab too getting this figured out! I don't think it matters as the harness is pretty well secured with the screws.
Then the coil packs will reluctantly come out with some pulling and twisting.
What is the list wisdom regarding lubing the CP rubber boots? Mine were still slippery at 30K miles but that won't last forever.
