What does the ABS module coding look like ? 00000?
If so, it lost its coding, you have to generate the login code, then generate the coding itself depending on the options the car came equipped with, then code it. Then calibrate steering angle sensor and do the drive cycle. You need vag-com and a parking lot wide open as you'll do circles galore at 25mph.
I did it a few months ago on a customer's Allroad, wasn't hard to do but time consuming and very frustrating.
There is a very good video on YouTube, search for "coding Bosch 5.3 abs module", it's from Ross-tech.
I'd sent you the link myself but i'm on my cell now while putting my son to sleep(don't ask).
