That's lighter than my 18"s (22.7 lbs./wheel), but not by much... With the tires, I think it'll probably be a wash. The Pro Race 1.3, however, is 9.0 kg. (19.84 lbs.) in 17" x 9". It's only available up to ET23, though, which is probably too low. I'll see if I can't source a set for a reasonable price.
