you don't know what kind of internal damage the engine and trans sustained,suspension probably as well. I would not want it back, way to many unknowns that can creep up after your done with the insurance. Sorry to hear that cause I like mine very much as well, but.... Hey, did they at least catch the SOB. GL with everything, hope it goes your way.
