The hose resembles an actual maze, it haas about a dozen turns in it, very distinct and they clearly route the tube thru lots of internal areas on the pass side of motor.

And yes, the hose has a vaariety of plastic types, some soft , others hard. Very unique design, apparently a specific 2004 vin with a tie in to a cooler of some sort
