shifter linkage assembly, the brake and clutch pedal, clutch slave cylinder, the rear diff and driveshaft, to save the hassle swap over all the axles. Yes the hydraulic system is different between the two. The UrS6 has pressure accumulator for the brakes and the A6 has a vaccum booster for the brakes. No the brakes are not specific to the wagons. They are specific to the UrS4/6 cars vs the 100/A6 cars. As far as I know (I haven't been into the 100/A6 very long compared to the UrS cars) the 100/A6 have 1 piston calipers for the fronts and solid rotors for the rear brakes. The UrS cars have 2 piston calipers for the front and vented rotors for the rears. Also another note, the offset is different for the fronts between the UrS cars vs. the 100/A6 cars (iirc its the front wheel hub that has a different offset).

I'll let others chime in that are a bit more knowledgeable then I am. But that's a start.
