Easy way...remove leather skin, clean glue/foam residue from leather skin and door panel. make sure to use a solvent to remove all residue. re-glue into place with 3M 90 spray glue and a thin foam pad. can get both at any fabric store.

you can also replace with foam backed alcantara or ultrasuede.

The tricky part is slipping the fabric into panels gaps.

The more time consuming method involves removing the door panel and working on it from the rear. You will be able to get a better fitment of the replacement fabric this way. However, the panel that the fabric glues onto is held in plastic by plastic rivets. these are easy enough to remove, but not so much fun to replace.

Ive dpne it both ways and say go the first route.
