So my wife needed to go to the store and tried to start the A8. It didn't fire off so she preceeded to keep cranking :( Long, short I check and battery is toast. I put a new one in it (the one in there was from 2005). Cranks tries to fire.... then cranks quickly..... oh snap the timing belt.. Seriously!?!?!
We check it... nope everything is turning. Well wtf? I try to crank on it some( what is there to lose at this point). It tried to start. Tried it a few more times and got it running!!!
Now it has P0305 and P0307.
Since I know the plugs haven't been changed I will do that first. Already getting money together for timing belt parts( I do not need another coronary this year lol).
Is it possible plugs alone will not clear up the miss?
