The problem is probably a damaged wire.

I can only point you vaguely, but when you have both short to ground AND short to plus then the odds are that a whole wiring run (several wires together) has gotten mangled.

It can also be a failed module, but a) there's often physical signs when that is the case, like a damaged connector, and b) you replaced it already.

Wire break faults are often thermally triggered. The wires are physically longer when it's hotter outside.

Check for wire failure at a point where a wire flexes, and/or passes through a body panel. Or massive corrosion of a connector. That can definitely cause multiple shorts.
