They sent a replacement with a brand new casting, well when it shifted into 3rd or 4th (not sure which) the engine bogged down and the tires nearly locked up.. I was very upset.
I called the rebuilder immediately and they offered to send another valve body.
I then asked if they bench test them.. They do not.
I put the working/clunky valve body back in, sent back the replacement unit and wrote a letter asking for a refund with all of my receipts for fluid/labor, etc..
I waited and called a couple of weeks later and the owner agreed to credit me since I wasn't satisfied and had a 1 year warranty.

I ordered the new one (which had to be prepaid and shipped from Germany)
I am glad I did.

As much as I would enjoy a 6spd manual. I'm not sure my back would.
