Even with FI, I've never had trouble "testing" with a squirt of fuel down the intake !

With a squirt bottle, it's not hard to keep an engine running. If there is spark that is ;-)

Me? THere are two electrical connectors at the fuel delivery assembly cover.
One connector is for the fuel level sender. The other connector has two wires, and powers the fuel pump.
Power that with any 4 amp or more 12v DC supply (12V at 4 amp LOAD!)
And if there is no fuel delivered, BAD PUMP! or blocked delivery lines.
Listen carefully.
