...don't guess. Remove front passenger side (right) carpet, three screws on mdf cover, remove one screw, slide out relay tray, pop plastic cover off of fuel pump relay, wedge contact points closed with a matchbook cover or rubber fuel line or anything, turn key to RUN position and fuel pump should run continuously. If it does not, remove wiring plug to pump/gauge in passenger's side of trunk and check for switched battery voltage on one of the four wires. One other wire might show five volts as a signal voltage to the fuel gauge, but one should toggle on and off at battery voltage when the relay points are closed with the key in run. THAT is when you know your problem is most likely in the tank.
