I've been using the subframe bolt in front, and the diff carrier in the rear.

The subframe bolt is the specific point at which the load is distributed, so I figured it would be safe. I jack both sides at once with two HF aluminum jacks, then slip pier blocks (NOT cinder blocks) and pieces of pressure treated 2x6 under the jacking points in order to level... and support the vehicle in my gravel carport.

In the rear I just put one jack under the bracket under the diff. In my case I have it rolling on a big piece of steel :)
