I use the A6 grilles from around MY 2000, they have to be trimmed and do not fit perfectly...

$15 a pair on Ebay. I trim off the square end so it's like a comb but fits the opening. The cateye end does not match the shape of the opening but it's not very noticeable. the foglight hole could probably be embiggened to expose the foglight better.

They have to be wired or ziptied into place.
