The question is, what is it? The left side hose is simple, just one bend. The right side hose is funky, it is all bends. A straight hose will work but it will rub and eventually fail again.

It might actually be wise to shell out for the right side hose, for this reason. The left side is no problem to replace using an ell, though.

Probably the smartest thing to do for the right side hose if you meant to keep the car long would be to bend 18mm hard line in the right shape, but you'd have to clearance it perfectly to avoid rubbing. I'd use Aluminum, of course. Then you could use short pieces of silicone hose as joiners.
