Can I upgrade to D3 brakes?

Hi All,

As you know I have an A8 from 1996 with HP2 calipers and 18" rims, and as most of people with HP2, they are making me sick: noisy, not feeling really powerful, etc...
I just came back from a 1500km trip with some mountain highway and brakes were a bit scary sometime :P
As I saw some of you upgrading for the D3 brakes with 360mm and wonder if I could do it on my model and what mods are necessary (if any).
If this is possible, can anybody list me the parts numbers for the calipers, good quality rotors (such as Zimmermann) and brake lines (for the pads, I can find myself the reference I want) so I can see to import them here in Thailand and have my mechanic install them :)
