Fuel lines can be rebuilt with new rubber at a local shop that does hydraulic lines, etc.

You take off the line at the hard line and at the fuel rail and bring it in. They cut off the crimps and put new line on and new crimp connectors. You may need to bring the fuel line. It's also possible to do this at home with good clamps. Maybe easier just to get a new fuel line with fittings.
