I've had a brake pad warning light for some time now and it's finally beginning to annoy me. Pads are new, it's a bad harness at one of the front wheels. Since I'm not concerned about keeping the circuit intact for a future owner I'm thinking about doing the bypass behind the cluster.
I'm good with electrical / wiring, but am nervous about actually pulling the cluster out and breaking something that can't be unbroken. It looks like a fairly straightforward job, but are there possible complications I need to think about? Looking to avoid a clusterf*ck, pun intended.
