I took a plastic trim removal tool and gently "unclipped" it from the slates, Starting with the marker lamp I pried it up enough to expose the tension clip, with a small screw driver i pushed it in which then released the lamp. At this point it was just a matter of slowly and carefully finding the clips and releasing them from the bumper. The chrome trim is removed by sliding it out (forgot which way but it is obvious once in your hand) It is slightly hard to get to get it out though, I had a friend gently tug while i guided it out of the slots. You will also have to push down and un hook one of the locking studs.
