Differences from 04 to 05?

As you have probably gathered I am on the hunt for an 04 or 05 6MT. Obviously the 04 is lower priced in general based on model year. However I am finding many 04's with less or equal mileage to similar 05's. Wondering if there are any reasons in your opinions to go either way?
