Any advice regarding replacement of shocks and airsprings?

Having problems with the car not level in the morning, takes several minutes for the compressor to level out the car. Seems to happen mostly on level 1 and 2?

Any advice on factory vs; Arnott replacement parts.

Should I only do the fronts, or go all 4 corners with new shocks and springs?
