Lock the spring so it doesn't move (do it before putting it in), install, adjust lower mount height as you need. Fronts are much easier to adjust due to more space around stuff.

Also, if you unloaded the rear springs while they were on the car, make absolutely sure you pull the hub downwards with all you strength (it will extend it more over what just weight of stuff does) and observe the spring, make sure no gap opens between spring and perch. It is easier to do with wheel on, so just jack the corner up, grab the wheel and push it downwards so that suspension extends and shock goes to its limits. Again, observe the top of spring and mount plate area, you should not see a gap opening... if you do, you need to take shit apart and tighten that spring so that it doesn't have that gap anymore.
