engine wont start

just swapped an 03 engine into my 02.02 was an APB 03 is an BEL.I was told to swap out the coil packs wiring harness for the engine and valve covers, which I did made sure all the connections were made powered it up turned the key and nothing happened......anybody got any idea's.
