I'd flush the heater core - it's quickish to start there.

You can flush the heater core without purging the whole system, so that's a good place to start. If you do it right you should be able to get heat back.

The radiator is doing the opposite - shedding heat. So if your car isn't overheating then you don't need a radiator flush.
