Also, we're not going real high end either with appliances. We have a Viking Range and built in Sub Zero now at our home in NH. The SZ's been fine but the Viking needs something every year and it's always expensive. The oven elements have rotted away twice. The glow igniter's been replaced twice. The burner caps all corroded. Maybe it's because we're propane but no one else I know using propane has had this issue.
