What kind of hinges would I need for this little trap door?

I have this cool little trap door in my garage that I would like to put on a set of hinges. I've been looking around for a set of hinges that won't be visible and it's not so easy. A normal set of hidden cabinet hinges won't work for me. Taking a look at the pictures you'll probably see why. Does anyone know of a set of hinges that will work in this situation?
