Are there any current generation tractors that have the feature he wants?

I'm thinking the safety system in question is still valuable when operating the PTO. It guarantees someone is at the controls to shut it down if Scott were to becomes entangled in the chipper while trying to fish out one of his diamond encrusted rings from it. I can't imagine they would put the safety system in place while the tractor is moving but leave the option to side step it when it's parked. So does the feature even exist, or is this safety system pretty much standard fare??
