When the general manager told me at contract signing that they could get the house done in 6 months, I wasn't skeptical.

I absolutely KNEW it was bullsh*t, and had no false hopes.

I will say though that I have seen them build a basic small model (no upgrades at all) to completion in 6/-7 months.
