driveway and turn around dimensions question

I did some Google searches and research but am still unsure. The current spec for the turn around for my side entry garage is 30 x 36 with the 36 being the width of the garage. The driveway portion necks down to a width of 20 feet by about about 80 feet and then necks out to 30 feet by the street. My question, is the driveway too wide at 20 feet? I'm thinking maybe 14 feet is plenty wide. BTW, the walkways are all 5 feet wide. For example the front walkway from the driveway to the front door is 5 x 66.
