Before I would buy a property like this, I would have an attorney look into a tax adjustment.

This once was a kick-ass place, but it has sat empty for 6 years.

New owner is an ironworker from a nearby town. I wonder what his plans are. There is much to do to make this a modern home.

Be an awesome place for a band to record an album -- 3/4 LR, 6 BR, pool and tennis court. Plenty of open space and a private air strip next door.
