What is the best drill bit to use for cutting 1-1/2" through hole in wood with a cordless drill?

The hole doesn't have to be pretty, and will mostly be in hardwood logs 5-10" in diameter.

regular paddle bit
Bosch Daredevil paddle bit
Irwin Speedbor Max
Bosch Self-Feed Drill Bit or Irwin self-feed bit
other?
