I have been doing a lot of research today and your idea is a very good one and seems to have been used fairly frequently. I need the lifts for storage and if I can get greedy, I'm getting a 2 car lift that I can also park a Q7 underneath. I will be happy with car up in the air though just so I can have them all at my house.
