It was a strange (for the IT field anyway) collection of these well-built mature handsome milk-fed Minnesota ladies with a mild demeanor who all looked and acted like someone who rose through the ranks from cashier all the way to corporate... I got the impression Target has that Midwest Minnesota culture imprinted on it through and through.
