Yes it is their lower quality tool chest but still pretty good, at least for me.

The tools I bought are from their Maximum series, warrantied for life so that is a very good deal.

Over the years I found that CT do offer some exceptional sales and it is well worth it to wait until your items do come on sale to buy them at CT.
