all the restaurants (most) purchase their food from the same truck.

I can hit any pub/bar/restaurant in town and can tell you who delivered the groceries.

Leaves food the same.

Also, in regards to quality, as more cooking shows are seen, ramsey kitchen nightmares, stores better supplied, quick take out, exceptional fast food (... really some of it is quite good), there isn't as much demand for restaurants.

Also an E world fvcks up alot of it.

Commerce in the e world means people are having less meetings, driving around less, teleconferencing more, emails, etc

Our gov is trying to go full E ... i'm staunchly against it. I need people driving around. Helps business.
