From the pictures and aerial videos of the accident scene, you cannot see any brake marks on the road from either the bus of truck so it sure seems from that perspective that the semi T-Boned the front portion of the bus.

The official report will eventually come out with all the facts... This is just a tragic accident and if the semi driver wasn't drunk or on drugs while driving, then there is no reason to keep him locked up in jail.
