...a while back, Toronto (under direction or guidance by the province) decided to do away with various cities like Scarborough, East York, North York, Etobicoke, etc. in an attempt to make it more livable and more efficient for its residents.
Now, Sidney AUS is thinking about splitting itself into three separate cities to make it more livable and more efficient than being one whole.
Goes to show you that either the city planners or politicians (or both) don't really know what they're doing...both cannot be right.
