Looking at a 2013 2.slow 8 speed autotragic loaded with everything bright red over black (rare as hell and my 110% ideal combo) 55k Miles and amazing condition. Asking $22k.

Thoughts? Deal or No? Things I should look out for?

I would "chip it" immediately and possibly better brakes but otherwise it would stay stock.
