An easy solution is to just remove the two redundant disks from the computer and place them on a shelf as a historic file container. If you only have family pictures, etc. this will provide a good way to keep them safe. The cost of a NAS may not be justified.

Personally, I have two NAS systems as well as redundant raid on-board my computer.
