Duh, how do I access my ip cam at 192.168.0.123? Do I need to use IE or something?

One end of the cable goes into the IP cam, the other end goes into the modem....and? idk how to get into the modem or the ip printed on the camera, 192.168.0.123 Do I need to use IE or something?

USB cam is SO much simplar.
