It the rule still that 75% of the grapes have to be from a given varietal to be labeled as such? That give the winemaker 24% freedom!

I suppose that food pairing is to a certain extent personal, but I've tried to adhere to the one rule theory - "If you like it - enjoy"

Although I suppose that certain Cabs might work with certain preps of turkey...
