Best non-track pads for C6 4.2 --- and best place to order them from?

My brake pad warning light just came on in my 06 which is about to go in for its last (first for me --- bought it CPO last April) free scheduled maintenance visit. Dealer reminded me that pads are not covered so I'm thinking it will be a DIY task with help from a very able friend. Any help on what pads to get (less dust would be great!) and where I might order them from is appreciated. TIA
