Ive been using them for a few years. I prefer the Fitbit One since its small and fits in a pocket and you can just forget its there. The only downside is that if you want to track sleep you need to put it in an included neoprene wristband which i often skip doing these days. Incidentally Ive never had that plastic part fall off.

Its true there is no official Health Kit support but there is a third party app that will sync the data although Ive never tried it. Im not sure I want my health data shared between multiple services, especially Apple who can more easily tie it to my real name...
