I like the feel of the steering and brakes. The ones that don't need maintenance are not fast, but roomy and well laid out interior.

I got in for the awd, and stayed for the quirky fun to drive. A brand new Impreza with a 5 speed is $18,500 with warranty, awd and 30mpg
